I am persistent and love challenges!  I am still serving people in my profession, through Divine Legal Practice Solicitors (DLP) .

I am passionate about helping people and ensuring they are treated fairly under the law regardless of their gender, religion or ethnicity. I act conscientiously with integrity for my clients to get them the best possible outcome. When you engage the services of DLP, you are engaging a Solicitor who will give you honest advice and assist you in making a successful application subject to your particular circumstances and upon full instructions, in the interests of natural justice; that is to say, I will work tirelessly with you, with your interest at heart, giving attention to detail.

I am a Sole Practitioner, the Principal Solicitor for Divine Legal Practice. A bit of academic and experiential background; I was awarded BSc (Hons) Psychology in 1983, LLB (Hons) Law in 1990 and a BL (Bachelor of Law) in 1991.  I further qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales from the College of Law (now known as the University of Law) London, and was admitted as a Solicitor in 1998.  I further became an accredited Mediator.  I guide businesses and or individuals to resolve disputes in an amicable manner, to avoid expensive litigation and waste of productive time.

After my professional academic and practical training, I gained vast experience from various law firms over the years until I went on to establish Divine Legal Practice Solicitors in May 2005. I have conducted complex cases in various areas of the law; my main specialism since 1995 is roundly focused on, immigration, asylum and nationality law with great use of the Human Rights Act 1998 and the ECHR.

In the past years and continuing I have fully represented clients in appeals brought against adverse decisions made by the Home Office before the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum) Chambers and the Upper Tribunal. In addition, I have represented clients in Judicial Review challenges in the Administrative Court against certified decisions not giving clients an in-country right to appeal against refusal decisions made by the Home Office to include deportation orders.
