During and since the COVID-19 pandemic Meditation is done remotely using an online platform that mimics the process of a face-to-face mediation. It is simple for parties to access using their existing IT infrastructure.
There are some significant advantages of remote mediation, such as savings on time, travel and venue hire which are reflected in the reduced fee, but it can also be particularly useful when relationships between parties are very poor, as there will be no contact in person.
For disputes where mediation will not be appropriate or effective, we can make recommendations for next steps and alternative options. Get in touch, we can be of service to you!
